William Sapp: A another serial killer who had “ intense hostility” towards women.
The early life of William Kessler Lilly is largely unknow due to him being placed in the foster care system as a juvenile. Born March 22nd, 1962, William was destined to have a hard life.
When William was 9, his parents had a messy divorce that left him and his brother feeling hopeless. They went to live with their father and a new step-mom who treated the children horrifically. William later told court he was sexually abused by his biological mom but his step-mom also reportedly abused him as well.
Child services had to get involved with the family and the brothers continuously reported how physically and emotionally abuse the father was to them. Eventually, William was removed from their care.
It is unclear what the child service investigation(s) wielded, but one of William’s social workers had the following to say about him.
“William had strong hostility towards all women he came in contact with”.
That might have been a less obvious trait of William’s had he not gone on to murder and rape at least three women in the Springfield, Ohio area.
