Back in 2014 on May 31th, two twelve-year-old girls attempted to kill their peer by repeatedly stabbing her after luring her into a wooded park during a sleepover. Payton Leutner(12) was stabbed a total of 19 times and miraculously survived. She crawled to a nearby street and received help from a man biking past. He saw the poor girl covered in blood and immediately called for help.

Anissa Weier and Morgan Geyser believed that if they attacked Payton they would gain favor from a fictional creature called Slender Man in hopes of getting to enter the Slender Man Mansion.

Both girls were found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect and were sentenced to decades of institutional confinement. However, Anissa Weier was released after less than four years in 2021.

A brief history of Anissa Weier

Very little is known about the childhood and upbringing of Weier. We know that she was born on November 10th, 2021 and her parents are Bill and Kristi Weier. Regardless of whatever transpired in her childhood, I am confident the parents never could’ve imagined what their daughter was capable of.
